Our office can be your local project office for many needs.

LOCAL SERVICES OFFERED

	Coordinate local consultants. Suggest consultant team members, coordinate their work and submittals, MBE/WBE forms
	Attend local meetings and reviews. We’ll represent you and present your work for those projects.
	Coordinate with local building and zoning departments. Submit plans for review, and help interpret local codes.
	Provide local cost estimating. We’ve got a computer cost database with CSI and Uniformat reporting formats.
	Provide Construction Administration. As much or as little as you prefer: Attend job meetings and prepare minutes; Take progress photos; Coordinate submittals, review changes, etc.
	Prepare CAD Construction Documents from your Design drawings. We have the equipment and trained personnel for your overload work or local coordination packages.
